# How to View Detailed Vehicle Trip Information

By clicking the row for the desired vehicle on the timeline, you can view that vehicle's trips in greater detail. From this view, you can quickly see specific details about the vehicle.

You can change the day being viewed and narrow down the time range.

The "**Total distance**" field shows the distance the vehicle has been driven during the selected period.

The "**Drivers**" section lists the drivers who have logged in to the vehicle, or alternatively the name of the regular driver, if one has been assigned to the vehicle.

Any **filtered routes** are also displayed below this field. By default, user settings are configured so that the Paikannin.com filters out routes shorter than 200 meters from the view. This value can be changed in the user settings.

The "**Show drives**" section displays the trips made during the selected period. The following information about each trip is collected for this view:

- Start place 
    - Address of the start place for the route
- Start time
- Destination 
    - Address of the destination where route has ended
- Arrival (time)
- Drive time 
    - Drive time between the start place and the destination
- Distance 
    - Distance driven between the start place and the destination
- Stayed 
    - Stationary time from arrival at the location to the start of the next trip
- Job number 
    - Number of the job (if any entered for the route)

 

Selecting a trip row scales the map view below to display that specific trip. You can also select multiple trips at once, in which case the map view scales to show all the selected trips.

The "**Show alerts**" section displays driving behavior alerts that occurred during the selected time period. The following information is shown for the alerts:

- Alert 
    - Type of the alert (e.g. speeding, harsh braking)
- Drivers 
    - Driver information (if a regular driver has been assigned to the vehicle or driver login is enabled)
- Time 
    - Time of the alert

 

Selecting an alarm row displays the alarm's location on the map below. Tapping the icon on the map reveals even more detailed information about the alarm..
