These lists can be viewed for a specific point in time or over a selected time range; specific time limits can also be applied if desired. In the view, you can also choose whether the lists are organized by device, by device group, or based on all selected devices. Changes made to the view are user-specific, meaning your changes do not affect the view seen by other users. Clicking the "i" button on the list's header row provides a more detailed description of what the list displays.   ![](https://support.gsfleet.io/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Sep-10-2026-12-12-19-8023-PM.jpeg?width=670&height=200&name=undefined-Sep-10-2026-12-12-19-8023-PM.jpeg) In the "**Edit lists**" section, the user can modify the lists displayed in their view and their order. Lists can be added by clicking "Add TOP list." Lists can be removed by clicking the "X" in the top-right corner of the desired list. Lists can be rearranged by grabbing the list via the arrow icon (reordering works using the drag-and-drop principle). Clicking the gear icon displays list-specific settings that allow you to modify the data displayed in the list. Finally, save your changes by clicking the "**Save changes**" button. If you do not wish to save the changes, click the "**Cancel**" button.. By expanding the desired TOP list, you can view the list's data in greater detail.
