# How to Set Up and Manage Scheduled Reports

For **scheduled** **reports**, there is also the option to separately select the days of execution and the repetition interval. The **report run days** refer to the days you wish to include in the report; for example, if weekend trips are not relevant, they can be excluded from the selection.

You can choose from the following options for the report run intervals:

- Daily report
- Weekly report
- Two weeks report
- Monthly report

 

For a scheduled report, an initial execution time must also be selected; Paikannin.com then indicates the report's first run interval—that is, the time period for which the report data is generated

You can send a scheduled report to an email address of your choice, create it in the Paikannin.com for later download via the API interface (Save and retrieve from the interface), choose both options (Email and storage) or send email with download link (requires login credentials for receiver).

You can view generated reports under "Ready”"

You can open and, if necessary, delete completed reports from the reports section. Please note that deleting a completed report does not remove any data from the Paikannin.com; it only removes the report itself. The Paikannin.com also automatically clears the list of completed reports, starting with those older than 60 days.

In the "My schedulings" section, the user can view the parameters and recipients of scheduled reports. If a scheduled report needs to be modified, the user can click "Edit" to reconfigure the report settings.
