# How to Edit the Driving Diary

In the [**driving diary**](https://support.gsfleet.io/knowledgebase/how-to-generate-reports?hsLang=en) section, users can partially edit details of trips that have already been driven. Changes can be made to the trip type and driver information. This feature ensures that all driver details and trip types are correct, for instance, in cases where a driver forgot to log in.

In this function, you first select the date or time range for which you wish to view the trips. Under the "Filter" option, you can select devices either individually or by device group, and then choose one of the following options regarding the trips:

- Own trips
- Driverless
- All drivers
- One driver

To edit, go to the row for the desired trip and click the edit button.
